We have recently added a practice management expert, Debra Pound, to our team to assist you in achieving operational effectiveness, and we’re excited to build this additional level of support into your practice.

As our marketing strategies help you grow your business, our practice management team will help you handle the operations of your growing business. Debra’s primary focus will be helping you improve business operations by providing solutions to both common and uncommon problems that may arise. With her extensive experience in the financial services industry, Debra will customize a plan specific to you and your practice’s operational needs.

At Impact, our goal is to assist you in improving profitability, reducing operating expenses, increasing process standardization, providing compliance support, enhancing customer experience, and increasing your ability to adapt to evolving client needs. We know what it takes to enhance your practice and help you help your clients.

Here are some of the things we can do in your practice so that you can focus on your clients:

Hiring: We’ve built the tools for you to succeed. It all starts with hiring the right people to service both your growing business processes and your existing client base. We can provide advice on creating roles to meet all of your critical needs and help you execute the process of hiring the right candidates into those roles.

Staff Training: We know what excellent customer service should feel like. It’s about delivering what is promised and maintaining the culture of the firm you’ve worked so hard to build. As you grow, we step in and strengthen your bench by providing training to your staff. We simplify the insurance industry in a way that is easy to understand.

Practice Processes and Procedures: We make it easy for clients to do business with you — plain and simple. Business systems start with documented procedures and processes that can allow your business to run without you. Creating solid systems within your practice builds a valuable asset with the hard work you’ve put into it over the years. They give your business the ability to expand and drive consistency when delivering an excellent client experience. Let Impact help you build systems that drive your team to work on the business while you work in the business.

On-Site Consultation: We want to support your growing practice. One way we do this is by providing you with consulting services. Allow us to observe you and your staff doing what you do best. We’ll work alongside you and provide advice for improving staff, processes, and technology with a goal in mind to grow your practice infrastructure as you grow your client base.
