In this role, you will be responsible for hiring, training, and leading a team of people recruiting the industry’s top financial advisors to join the Impact Partnership. The ideal candidate will have a background in business development and sales as well as strong business acumen as it relates to annuities and life insurance. You will have experience leading people and motivating a sales team to hit targets.


Duties include but are not limited to:

  • Develop and execute a strategic recruiting plan for acquiring high-quality financial advisors as clients.
  • Align recruitment strategies with the company’s financial goals and marketing objectives.
  • Hire, train, develop and lead a competitive recruiting team.
  • Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to a team of recruiters, fostering a high-performance culture.
  • Set clear performance expectations and KPIs for team members.
  • Build and execute an automated lead tracking process to ensure all leads are executed according to the Impact process.
  • Hit monthly, quarterly, and yearly recruiting targets.
  • Leverage technology solutions and harness their potential to enhance and streamline business processes. Automate as much as possible.


  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in business development and sales in the financial services industry.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience leading direct reports in sales. Skills in video and phone script writing, email copy & voicemails required.
