Job Description

The Impact Partnership is seeking an experienced Business Systems Administrator to help design, operate, and continuously improve the company’s core business systems ecosystem. This role is responsible for ensuring our CRM, data, and integration platforms are reliable, scalable, and aligned with business objectives. The ideal candidate brings deep experience with Salesforce alongside a strong understanding of data management and system integrations, and thrives in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment. In this role, you will partner closely with stakeholders to deliver system solutions, evaluate and test new functionality, maintain data integrity across platforms, and support the rollout and adoption of new capabilities through training and documentation.

Responsibilities

  • Implement, configure, and maintain business system solutions across CRM, data, and integration platforms, ensuring optimal performance and alignment with organizational goals.
  • Own administrative and development processes for core business systems (e.g., CRM platforms, data warehouses, and integration tools), including documentation, configuration, and ongoing operational support.
  • Ensure solution designs meet performance, security, usability, reliability, and scalability requirements across systems.
  • Conduct operational assessments including user access reviews, data quality analysis, system performance monitoring, and integration testing.
  • Develop and maintain customized solutions, automations, and workflows to support critical business functions and cross-functional processes.
  • Manage daily support and long-term system improvements to ensure compatibility with evolving business needs and platform updates.
  • Partner directly with business stakeholders, managers, and end users to gather requirements and translate them into system specifications, user experiences, and functional solutions.
  • Provide system administration support for internal and external customer-facing platforms, including:
    • User access and role management
    • Security and permissions
    • Data models and objects
    • Automations, workflows, and validations
    • Integrations and data pipelines
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Operations, Finance, and Technology teams to ensure systems effectively support reporting, analytics, and operational workflows.
  • Build and maintain reports, dashboards, and data views to support business decision-making across departments.
  • Perform data management and maintenance activities, including data validation, cleansing, deduplication, and monitoring data integrity.
  • Evaluate, test, and support new platform releases, features, and integrations; provide user training and documentation as needed.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience administering and supporting business systems, CRM platforms, or enterprise applications.
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms.
  • Experience working with data platforms and/or integration tools (e.g., Snowflake, Fivetran, MuleSoft, Zapier, or comparable technologies).
  • Strong understanding of system design, data models, user access controls, and automation concepts.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects in a collaborative environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent experience)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Salesforce Administrator or Advanced Administrator Certification
  • Salesforce Developer Certification or experience with declarative and programmatic customization
  • Experience supporting data pipelines, integrations, or analytics platforms
  • Familiarity with modern RevOps, SalesOps, or GTM system architectures
