We’re looking for a customer-service oriented Case Design Analyst for our Advanced Resources Team. As a member of this team, the Case Design Analyst will support our financial advisors and professionals by helping them choose the right products and plan for their clients, so financial industry experience is a plus! You’ll work closely with our Sales team to best serve our advisors, so we’re looking for coachable team players with great communication skills.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Communicate effectively and positively with our advisor clients to help answer their insurance and/or annuity related questions
  • Work with Sales Team to help answer insurance and/or annuity related questions
  • Run insurance carrier proposals for advisors to show their clients
  • Have a general understanding of the tax code, social security, and other advanced market topics and be able to clearly communicate that knowledge to team members and clients
  • Keep up to date with all carrier and product updates and rate changes

REQUIREMENTS

  • Must have a life insurance sales license or willing to get one within 90 days
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • A college degree, or equivalent work experience
  • Extremely detail-oriented
  • Ability to excel in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficient with MS office programs including: Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Experience in the financial industry is a plus, but not required
