Impact Partnership is searching for a focused, high-energy, detail-oriented, graphic designer looking to take their first step into marketing with the Design Internship.
The Design Intern will be responsible for various design tasks that will broaden their understanding of marketing design while assisting our team Graphic Designers.
Our designers work in all aspects of design, print, digital media, corporate ID, social media, etc.
This Internship requires a creative thinker who is ready to learn and assist our team as they design, execute and order deliverables for our vast client base. This intern will help the team on actual client work. These tasks are detail and deadline oriented, so this role requires the ability to work on multiple projects at once in a fast-paced environment, with strong communication skills.
Process client re-orders for business cards and other print collateral
File and asset organization projects
Create corporate identity collateral including business cards, letterhead, envelopes, folders, stationary, etc.
Fulfill production orders with designated print vendors.
Adhere to project deadlines and deliverables.
Will use Canva to design graphics that coincide with the monthly content calendar provided by our Social Media Manager for each client in our social media program.
THE IDEAL INTERN CANDIDATE SHOULD:
Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop and/or XD)
PowerPoint Toolkits and Marketing Presentations.
Working towards degree in graphic design or similar.
Have typography and page layout skills.
Highly detailed-oriented and organized.
Excellent verbal and written communication.
Work as a member of a team and be coachable.
Maintain a positive outlook.
