POSITION OVERVIEW
As a Jr. Case Design Planner, you will play a vital role in client organization, planning, collaboration, and strategy. You’ll be a key support member of the Advanced Markets & Sales Team, contributing to administrative tasks, data entry, reporting, critical thinking, and solution-based strategies while maintaining meticulous records. This role provides an opportunity to learn effective strategies in the finance and insurance industry, actively participate in various business development initiatives, and engage in general administrative duties.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Cultivate and maintain client relationships through effective communication
- Provide administrative support to the Advanced Markets Team on a daily basis
- Acquire knowledge of effective strategies in the finance and insurance industry
- Conduct in-depth analysis of numerical data to derive efficient solutions for clients
- Assist the firm in diverse business development initiatives and general administrative duties
QUALIFICATIONS
- BS or Masters Degree with a preferred field of study
- Life & Health License required (can be obtained after hire)
- Strong critical thinking skills, attention to detail, and comfort working with numbers
- Passion for numerical problem-solving
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Adaptability with technological software and online applications
- Positive attitude, energy, and a collaborative spirit are essential
