 We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical Life Planning Analyst to join our Life Division. This role is essential in supporting our Life Vice Presidents (VPs) by running life insurance illustrations, collaborating on advanced case design, and proactively engaging with advisors on promotions, sales concepts, and pending business.  This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys numbers, has strong interpersonal skills, and thrives in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.

Responsibilities

  • Case Design & Illustration Support
    • Run life insurance illustrations and product comparisons for advisor casework
    • Collaborate with Life VPs on creative and customized case design
    • Analyze underwriting offers, client goals, and product suitability
  • Client Engagement & Sales Support
    • Make proactive outbound calls to financial advisors regarding:
      • Promotions and new products
      • Sales ideas and planning strategies
      • Follow-ups on pending applications and required documentation
    • Serve as a knowledgeable resource for advisor inquiries
  • VP Book of Business Support
    • Support Life VPs in managing and growing their existing advisor relationships
    • Help maintain Salesforce records and ensure timely follow-up
    • Assist in tracking pipeline cases, deadlines, and action items

Qualifications/Education

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred (Finance, Business, Math, or related field)
  • 1–3 years of experience in a similar role (Life Insurance, Financial Services, or Sales Support)
  • Strong mathematical and analytical skills; confident working with numbers and financial data
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Comfortable speaking on the phone with advisors and building professional relationships
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office; familiarity with life illustration software and CRM systems (Salesforce) is a plus
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to multitask
  • Able to work independently.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

    Stephen started in the insurance marketing business in 2001 as a new business consultant. In 2002 he was promoted to Director of Sales and built a 200 million book of business from scratch. By 2005, he was one of the top wholesalers in the country, working with some of the top financial advisors and insurance agents across the USA. In 2008, Stephen was promoted to Co-President of one of the largest IMOs in the country.

    In 2011, Stephen continued his entrepreneurship path and co-founded The Impact Partnership, an INC 5000 company. Stephen is responsible for the strategic vision of Impact and is laser-focused on creating a culture of growth for both internal teammates and our amazing customers.

    Stephen lives in Kennesaw, GA, with his wife of more than 20 years, Kendra. They are blessed with three beautiful children Katie, Tyler, Anna Brooke, and Laya, their German Shepherd and Luna, their BernieDoodle.
