Role Description

We are seeking a hands-on, creative, and data-driven Marketing Campaign Manager to lead the digital advertising efforts for our independent financial advisor clients. In this role, you’ll be responsible for planning, executing, optimizing, and reporting on digital lead generation campaigns across Meta (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn, and Google Ads.

This is a hybrid role combining campaign management, creative content development, and client-facing collaboration. You will play a critical role in driving measurable lead generation while helping financial advisors grow their businesses and reach pre-retiree and retiree audiences.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Develop & Execute Lead Generation Campaigns:
    • Build and manage paid ad campaigns on Meta, LinkedIn, and Google Ads platforms.
    • Create, test, and optimize ad creative, copy, landing pages, and targeting strategies.
    • Manage campaign budgets and pacing, ensuring efficiency and ROI.
  1. Creative Content Development
    • Develop compelling ad copy, imagery, and videos tailored to the retirement-focused demographic.
    • Collaborate with internal team members for creative execution as needed.
  1. Tracking, Reporting & Optimization
    • Set up tracking pixels, conversion events, and UTM parameters.
    • Monitor campaign performance daily; analyze data to identify trends and opportunities.
    • Build and present monthly performance reports with insights and recommendations to clients.
  1. Technology and Systems Management:
    • Administer and optimize the marketing technology stack, including automation platforms, Zapier, Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Business Manager, Google Product Suite and more.
    • Evaluate and recommend new tools to enhance marketing efficiency and effectiveness.
  1. Client-Facing Collaboration & Communication
    • Act as the primary campaign lead for select advisor clients.
    • Host regular check-in calls, presenting strategy, results, and next steps.
    • Educate and coach advisors on digital campaign basics when needed.

Required Skills & Experience

  • BA in Marketing
  • 3+ years of experience managing digital ad campaigns (Meta, Google Ads, LinkedIn).
  • Proven track record of running lead generation campaigns with measurable ROI.
  • Strong creative skills—copywriting, ad design and storytelling.
  • Solid understanding of digital tracking, analytics (GA4, Meta Events Manager), and UTM setup.
  • Experience with CRM platforms and integrations like Salesforce, Hubspot, Marketo, etc.
  • Client-facing experience; ability to present to and collaborate with small business owners.

    Stephen started in the insurance marketing business in 2001 as a new business consultant. In 2002 he was promoted to Director of Sales and built a 200 million book of business from scratch. By 2005, he was one of the top wholesalers in the country, working with some of the top financial advisors and insurance agents across the USA. In 2008, Stephen was promoted to Co-President of one of the largest IMOs in the country.

    In 2011, Stephen continued his entrepreneurship path and co-founded The Impact Partnership, an INC 5000 company. Stephen is responsible for the strategic vision of Impact and is laser-focused on creating a culture of growth for both internal teammates and our amazing customers.

    Stephen lives in Kennesaw, GA, with his wife of more than 20 years, Kendra. They are blessed with three beautiful children Katie, Tyler, Anna Brooke, and Laya, their German Shepherd and Luna, their BernieDoodle.
