Are you looking for an opportunity working in a dynamic and fast-growing company? The Impact Partnership is looking for a Project Manager in our Marketing Department who will oversee project management of client marketing projects and support the client experience.

Job Duties

  • Responsible for working directly with our Advisor CMOs (our Marketing Account Managers here at Impact) to converting our clients’ marketing requests into projects, moving projects forward for clients of Impact Partnership, and overseeing web projects in Workfront (our Project Management System).
  • The successful candidate thrives working across multiple teams and projects
  • Communicate directly with clients in a friendly and efficient manner,
  • Ability to build communication and processes for project manager role
  • Work within the project management system, WorkFront, to manage projects and timelines.
  • Help develop solutions for more efficient project workflows and communication.
  • Provide internal graphic design, web design, and production teams with specific information and insight to inform creative strategy and execute projects efficiently.
  • Build and maintain positive and strong internal relationships to facilitate collaboration with the compliance, sales, marketing, and media team.
  • Invoice advisors for projects they pay for.
  • Help build monthly and yearly reports on projects and events with the CMO.

Requirements

  • Bachelors or Associates in Marketing, Business, Public Relations, or Communication
  • 2-3 years’ experience in project management.
  • Business Strategic thinker and doer with a strong project management background and client satisfaction in all marketing avenues.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a “roll up your sleeves” attitude to get the job done.
  • History in project management systems, including creation of projects, assignment of tasks, and arranging project workflows
  • Strong communication skills
  • Quick to respond and take action
  • Strategy & efficiency-minded
  • Background in design, copy or other creative discipline is a plus

Work Location

  • We pride ourselves on having a hybrid work culture that can become effective after 90 days of employment. Any exceptions made for flexibility or remote work status will be determined solely on a case- by-case basis.
  • Remote/hybrid schedules are subject to change and based on performance/ business needs.

    Chief Executive Officer

    Stephen started in the insurance marketing business in 2001 as a new business consultant. In 2002 he was promoted to Director of Sales and built a 200 million book of business from scratch. By 2005, he was one of the top wholesalers in the country, working with some of the top financial advisors and insurance agents across the USA. In 2008, Stephen was promoted to Co-President of one of the largest IMOs in the country.

    In 2011, Stephen continued his entrepreneurship path and co-founded The Impact Partnership, an INC 5000 company. Stephen is responsible for the strategic vision of Impact and is laser-focused on creating a culture of growth for both internal teammates and our amazing customers.

    Stephen lives in Kennesaw, GA, with his wife of more than 20 years, Kendra. They are blessed with three beautiful children Katie, Tyler, Anna Brooke, and Laya, their German Shepherd and Luna, their BernieDoodle.
