Job Description

The Sales Team Intern or Part time employee will play a vital role in supporting our recruiting team by identifying, evaluating, and organizing potential recruiting opportunities as well as other projects, as needed. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys research, data management, report building and process-oriented work. The intern will focus on finding high-quality recruiting prospects, entering them into our system, and preparing them for assignment to our recruiters.

This is a part-time position requiring 20-25 hours per week, with competitive hourly pay.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Prospect Research and Evaluation:
    • Use various channels directed by Impact to research potential recruiting opportunities.
    • Assess the viability of prospects based on established criteria.
  2. Data Entry and Profile Management:
    • Enter qualified prospects into the recruiting system with complete and accurate profiles.
    • Assign prospects to recruiters in a round-robin system.
  3. Reporting:
    • Provide weekly reports on research findings, system updates, and task completion.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Strong proficiency with computers, including spreadsheets (e.g., Excel, Google Sheets).
  • Quick learner with a keen eye for detail and data accuracy.
  • Efficient, organized, and able to work independently.
  • Strong research skills and familiarity with using online tools to gather information.
  • Interest in data analysis and process improvement.

Competitive pay

The hourly pay for a Recruiting Research Intern typically ranges from $15-$18 per hour, depending on experience and geographic location.

    Stephen started in the insurance marketing business in 2001 as a new business consultant. In 2002 he was promoted to Director of Sales and built a 200 million book of business from scratch. By 2005, he was one of the top wholesalers in the country, working with some of the top financial advisors and insurance agents across the USA. In 2008, Stephen was promoted to Co-President of one of the largest IMOs in the country.

    In 2011, Stephen continued his entrepreneurship path and co-founded The Impact Partnership, an INC 5000 company. Stephen is responsible for the strategic vision of Impact and is laser-focused on creating a culture of growth for both internal teammates and our amazing customers.

    Stephen lives in Kennesaw, GA, with his wife of more than 20 years, Kendra. They are blessed with three beautiful children Katie, Tyler, Anna Brooke, and Laya, their German Shepherd and Luna, their BernieDoodle.
