The Impact Partnership is looking for an experienced Salesforce Administrator to ensure that the business is capitalizing on the benefits offered by the Salesforce system. This capable administrator should possess extensive knowledge of the Salesforce ecosystem and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. In this role, your duties will include building solutions for business objectives, testing out new solutions, maintaining our databases/data, and implementing and training staff on new Salesforce functionality.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Impact’s needs and goals
  • Responsible for Salesforce administrative and development processes. This includes documenting, and maintenance of ongoing operational processes.
  • Ensure the design of solutions meets performance, security, usability, reliability, and scalability requirements.
  • Conduct operational examination that includes user role testing, data analysis, and integration testing.
  • Develop customized solutions within the Salesforce platform to support critical business functions and meet project objectives, client requirements and company goals
  • Manage daily support and maintenance of internal Salesforce instance, and conduct long-term improvement operations to ensure compatibility with evolving requirements and updates
  • Interact directly with clients, managers, and end users as necessary to analyze objectives and capability requirements, including specifications for user interfaces, customized applications, and interactions with internal Salesforce instances
  • Provide system administration support of internal and external customer facing Salesforce environment, especially related to customized applications, user permissions, security settings, custom objects, flows, validation rules, and page layouts
  • Collaborate with various internal departments, including marketing, sales, and operations, to ensure Salesforce environment supports internal needs relating to functionality and performance
  • Building custom reports and dashboards for different departments
  • Performing database maintenance tasks, including diagnostic tests and duplicate entry cleansing.
  • Evaluating and testing new Salesforce releases, as well as providing training and support.

DESIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

  • Extensive experience in the administration and maintenance of Salesforce systems.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or relevant degree
  • 2+ years’ experience as a Salesforce administrator
  • Enhanced in-depth knowledge of Salesforce platforms
  • Problem solving and analytical skills
  • Strong written and verbal communications skills
  • Ability to multitask and work in a collaborative environment
  • Ability to self-motivate, manage projects and time.

PREFERRED

  • Salesforce Administrator Certification
  • Salesforce Developer Certification
