Reporting to the Accounting Manager, the Staff Accountant will play a key role in the day-to-day accounting activities of the Company.  Additionally, this position provides financial information to management by researching and analyzing accounting data as well as by preparing reports. 


  • Entering and reconciling information in the general ledger.
  • Assist in the general ledger monthly, quarterly, and year-end close process.
  • Prepare and record journal entries by compiling and analyzing transaction information.
  • Prepare account reconciliations.
  • Drive process improvements by identifying and developing more efficient procedures and use of resources while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
  • Completing additional projects and ad hoc reporting as dictated by the needs of the business.
  • Serve as a backup to other accounting team members as needed.


  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting required.
  • Professional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office applications. Intermediate to advanced Excel skills required to create reports and analysis.
  • Knowledge of Salesforce preferred, not required.
  • Knowledge of Sage Intaact preferred, not required.
  • Embodies a positive, helpful attitude and is driven to provide exceptional support.
  • Able to work independently.

Work Location

  • We pride ourselves on having a hybrid work culture that can become effective after 90 days of employment. Any exceptions made for flexibility or remote work status will be determined solely on a case- by-case basis.
  • Remote/hybrid schedules are subject to change and based on performance/ business needs.

    Chief Executive Officer

    Stephen started in the insurance marketing business in 2001 as a new business consultant. In 2002 he was promoted to Director of Sales and built a 200 million book of business from scratch. By 2005, he was one of the top wholesalers in the country, working with some of the top financial advisors and insurance agents across the USA. In 2008, Stephen was promoted to Co-President of one of the largest IMOs in the country.

    In 2011, Stephen continued his entrepreneurship path and co-founded The Impact Partnership, an INC 5000 company. Stephen is responsible for the strategic vision of Impact and is laser-focused on creating a culture of growth for both internal teammates and our amazing customers.

    Stephen lives in Kennesaw, GA, with his wife of more than 20 years, Kendra. They are blessed with three beautiful children Katie, Tyler, Anna Brooke, and Laya, their German Shepherd and Luna, their BernieDoodle.
