This role demands a creative strategist who will oversee the planning, development, and execution of video content across multiple YouTube channels, including both the Impact channel and our clients’ channels. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of YouTube’s platform, trends, and best practices, and will be adept at leveraging these insights to maximize lead generation and audience engagement.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the Chief Marketing Officer (CMO), brand manager, podcast team and video production team to plan, schedule, and publish video content on both the Impact YouTube channel and our clients’ YouTube channels.
  • Develop and implement strategies to generate leads for our clients through the content posted.
  • Support our video podcast program by optimizing the delivery of the podcasts and developing lead generation strategies to grow our media program.
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the channels, including video uploads, metadata optimization, thumbnail creation, and playlist organization for all parties.
  • Implement and maintain SEO best practices to increase discoverability and organic growth to help advance to lead generation.
  • Track and analyze channel performance metrics, providing regular reports and insights to inform content strategy and optimization.
  • Stay up-to-date with YouTube trends, best practices, platform updates, and industry news.
  • Coordinate with other team members, including social media managers, email marketing specialist, and content creators, to drive leads for clients and Impact.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a YouTube Channel Manager, preferably for small business owners or channels.
  • Strong understanding of YouTube algorithms, SEO, and audience growth strategies.
  • Experience executing paid media to generate leads specific to YouTube
  • Demonstrated success in launching, managing, and growing YouTube channels.
  • Proficiency in support software, such OpusClip and other tools to create content.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.

    Stephen started in the insurance marketing business in 2001 as a new business consultant. In 2002 he was promoted to Director of Sales and built a 200 million book of business from scratch. By 2005, he was one of the top wholesalers in the country, working with some of the top financial advisors and insurance agents across the USA. In 2008, Stephen was promoted to Co-President of one of the largest IMOs in the country.

    In 2011, Stephen continued his entrepreneurship path and co-founded The Impact Partnership, an INC 5000 company. Stephen is responsible for the strategic vision of Impact and is laser-focused on creating a culture of growth for both internal teammates and our amazing customers.

    Stephen lives in Kennesaw, GA, with his wife of more than 20 years, Kendra. They are blessed with three beautiful children Katie, Tyler, Anna Brooke, and Laya, their German Shepherd and Luna, their BernieDoodle.
