Digital Marketing Manager

The Digital Marketing Manager role is to develop, implement, track and optimize our digital marketing campaigns across all digital channels. The candidate should have a strong grasp of current marketing tools and strategies and be able to lead integrated marketing campaigns from concept to execution. The Digital Marketing Manager will work with the marketing team and supporting team to launch campaigns on time and on budget.

Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns
  • Maintain social media presence
  • Measure and report all performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (KPIs and ROI)
  • Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests
  • Identify trends and insights, and optimize speed and performance based on insights
  • Maintain WordPress website and developing content
  • Reviewing and goal setting in Analytics
  • Comfortable with the development marketing automation campaigns (Pardot)
  • Utilize strong analytic ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points

Desired Skills & Experience

  • BS/MS degree in marketing or related field
  • Proven work experience in digital marketing
  • Solid knowledge of Google Analytics (Google Certified a plus)
  • Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Adwords campaigns (Google Ads certified a plus)
  • Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
  • Up-to-date with latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
  • Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns
