Are you looking for a high-growth opportunity working in a dynamic and fast-growing company? Impact Partnership is looking for a Marketing & Communications Manager who will oversee key internal and external communication strategies and projects.

Working closely with the VP of Marketing, you will be responsible for helping strategize and manage new marketing programs for our clients, overseeing the project workflow for recruiting new clients, and assisting with Impact Partnership brand management.

You’ll focus on a variety of mediums, including video, digital, direct mail, events, and more. You will work with the best internal marketing team in the industry, with access to graphic designers, writers, content specialists, digital managers, videographers, and more.

Responsibilities

  • Developing content and sales tools to build brand awareness and attract, win, and retain clients.
  • Partnering with marketing team members for integrated marketing campaign planning and strategy development, as well as measuring and optimizing campaign content.
  • Creating, testing, deploying, and monitoring internal emails to clients from sales and marketing using Pardot.
  • Managing client recruiting campaigns from building content calendars, delivering assets to industry vendors, delivering resources to internal sales team, and tracking and measuring campaign results.
  • Expanding content marketing initiatives to drive traffic, engagement, and leads.
  • Managing the company blogs by organizing, creating and posting content weekly to drive marketing ideas and position Impact as the thought-leader in the industry.
  • Organizing and producing educational webinars to support marketing campaigns.
  • Assisting with employee marketing initiatives, such as planning announcements and coordinating company swag.
  • Helping to strategize, create, and organize training event deliverables.

Desired Skills & Experience

  • Minimum of 4 years’ experience in marketing and communications.
  • Excellent knowledge of marketing principles.
  • Adapting to and embracing technology quickly. Experience in Salesforce and Pardot a plus.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment that frequently pivots.
  • Experience in planning and executing marketing plans and initiatives to achieve organizational goals.
  • Demonstrated project management experience to manage multiple projects at any given time.
  • Super responsive and positive attitude.
  • Strong team-player and collaboration skills.
  • Flexibility and adapting to constant change.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills to actively address challenges that surface during the campaign lifecycle.
  • Ability to take initiative, prioritize, multitask, and manage multiple ventures simultaneously.
