Impact Partnership is searching for a focused, high-energy, results-oriented, marketing professional looking to take their career to the next level.

The Marketing Manager will be responsible for leading and managing marketing programs for clients across the nation. They will work in almost every marketing medium around the country, including TV, radio, print, digital media, direct mail, social media, web, event marketing, etc.


  • Helping clients grow their businesses through multiple mediums.
  • Conducting frequent marketing consultation calls.
  • Communicating marketing project updates to clients on a regular basis.
  • Acting as the liaison between in-house ad agency and clients.
  • Partnering with graphic design, web design, direct mail, and production teams to execute projects.
  • Upholding clients’ brand standards throughout all marketing efforts.
  • Planning and executing client events.
  • Coordinating direct mail & social media campaigns to drive event attendance.
  • Travel to advisor offices for planning meetings or events (travel ~15%)
  • Be available to work advisor and recruiting events (some early mornings and/or dinners)

Desired Skills & Experience

  • B.S. or B.A. in Marketing or Communications preferred
  • Three to five years of marketing coordination or communications experience.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop, manage, and implement marketing strategies that drive sales, support product launch, and improve market positioning.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple deadlines.
  • Proficient understanding of website functionality, email marketing, and social media initiatives.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact with senior management and internal and external teams, partners, and agencies.
  • Must be self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to lead projects and interact with multiple departments.
  • Outstanding verbal, written, and presentation skills.
  • Advanced computer and MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) knowledge.
