The Impact Partnership is seeking a motivated and qualified Project/Traffic Manager to join our growing and talented marketing team. You will work with multiple internal marketing groups (digital, creative, direct mail, etc.), overseeing all projects of varying sizes and complexities to ensure they are within scope and delivered on time.

The successful candidate must be extremely detail-oriented, possess strong communication skills, prioritization and organizational ability, and a talent for adapting to regularly changing priorities with quick and efficient solutions. Experience in overseeing marketing traffic is a must.

Responsibilities

  • Review submitted project requests for clients and internal projects. Initiate projects with appropriate workflow in project management system and assign appropriate marketing team member based on workload and expertise.
  • Collaborate with project submitter to guarantee all information is collected and expectations are set properly with the client before starting projects.
  • Coordinate project kickoff meetings to ensure team is aware of program objectives, goals, deliverables, and milestones.
  • Constantly manage project management system to ensure all projects are on time and with the appropriate team member.
  • Balance workloads for all creative team members and adjust accordingly if needed.
  • Track and submit cost approval for client projects to head of sales and marketing.
  • Create reports for management to track frequency of project requests, time allocation per client, and creative team member workloads (and more).
  • Manage project change requests and new deadlines based on client feedback.
  • Partner with team leads to identify, develop, implement, and revise processes as needed to ensure efficiency and seamless integration across all marketing functions
  • Archive all projects upon completion.

Desired Skills & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in communication, marketing, public relations, visual communications/design background a plus
  • 3-5 years as a Traffic Manager in an in-house marketing or agency environment
  • PMP Certification a plus
  • Prior Teamwork/Salesforce experience preferred
  • High-level understanding of design, copy, and digital marketing
  • The ability to work in a fast-paced environment, adapting to changing priorities quickly
  • Experience working in a highly collaborative environment with creative parties
  • Experience managing multiple, simultaneous projects at once at various scales
  • Capable of leading and driving large meetings
  • Comfortable asking hard questions and creating creative solutions to problems
  • Highly organized

  • Team player with the highest level of integrity and positivity
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
