Socials

Everyone loves a good time. Hosting a Client Appreciation Event (CAE) is a great way to treat your clients and show them your appreciation for their business and friendship. A social event provides an informal, fun environment for existing clients to bring their friends and family to meet you and your team — the people responsible for helping to create a more secure retirement.

As with all events, the first and most important goal of a CAE should be to demonstrate sincere gratitude for the friendship and trust shared between you, your practice, and your clients. While generating referrals is a big aspect of client appreciation events, it is important to remember that referrals should be a byproduct of treating your clients right.

Consider holding 3–4 client events throughout the year to continue to build strong relationships with your clients and assist in building a consistent referral program.

Need some ideas on events or are unsure about your state’s gifting guidelines? Impact’s marketing team has built out a library of ideas that are sure to fit any audience and budget.
