Position Highlights
In this role, you will be responsible for follow up on pending annuity applications. You will update policy records in our CRM and provide updates to advisors as required by process. You will maintain email workflow queues as tasked, assuring the work items are properly disseminated. You will assist in managing the new business workflow. You may also be asked to serve as a backup to Case Managers during PTO or as volume requires.
Principle Duties & Responsibilities
Duties include but are not limited to:
- Manage and complete tasks related to submitted annuity new business applications with high degree of detail
- Manage inbound email work queue for policy updates as provided by carriers and advisors
- Maintain process and communication documents for offshore partner
- Provide feedback to offshore partner on completed work
- Manage new business applications, checks, and other documents received via mail and electronically.
- Engage in frequent communication with our clients and carriers by phone and through email regarding policy service inquiries
- Work within our client management system to keep the team updated on progress
- Provide support to our team by assisting with tasks and projects, as needed
Desired Skills and Experience
- Knowledge of Annuity & Life Insurance products preferred, but not required
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Tools required, skilled in the use of a personal computer and specialized software, experience using imaging systems
- Strong communication skills, follow through, and sense of urgency
- Strong relationship building skills and problem-solving skills
- Handles multiple tasks easily and in an orderly fashion
- Not afraid to jump on the phone and ask questions or answer questions, great phone presence and strong verbal communication skills
