Position Highlights
A Jr. Case Design Analyst will play a vital role in client organization, planning, placement, collaboration, and strategy. A vital support member of the Advanced Resources & Sales Team, contributing to administrative tasks, data entry, reporting, critical thinking, analysis, and solution-based strategies while maintaining meticulous records. This role provides an opportunity to learn & develop effective strategies in the finance and insurance industry, actively collaborate in various business development initiatives, and engage in general administrative duties.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with a tight-knit team to support advisors.
- Run illustrations and design comprehensive cases for advisors.
- Analyze cases to determine optimal solutions for clients.
- Provide unique, creative ideas and financial scenarios tailored to advisor needs.
- Engage with advisors over the phone to discuss case designs, product details, and the best financial strategies for their clients.
Qualifications
- College education preferred.
- Industry experience is a plus.
- Must have or be willing to obtain a Life & Health license.
- Strong attention to detail, numerical aptitude, adaptability, and communication skills are essential.
- Self-motivated with ability to work independently.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Tools required, skilled in the use of a personal computer and specialized software.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills, strong follow through and sense of urgency, strong relationship building skills and problem-solving skills
- Handles multiple tasks easily and in an orderly fashion
- Demonstrates ownership of their work & the overall process
