Position Overview
We’re seeking a dynamic Outbound Sales Representative to join our team in Marietta, GA. In this role, you’ll be the driving force behind recruiting top financial advisors to partner with Impact Partnership. Your mission: build relationships, showcase our value, and bring new advisors into the Impact family.
Key Responsibilities
- Prospect & Recruit: Identify, contact, and engage financial advisors through cold and warm outreach, leveraging calls, video, text, and social media.
- Consultative Selling: Ask insightful questions to uncover business needs and demonstrate how Impact delivers solutions that their current marketing partner cannot.
- Event Engagement: Schedule and facilitate Impact EXP sessions and invite prospects to recruiting events.
- Strategic Planning: Collaborate on strategies to achieve team sales targets and grow the book of business.
- Process Improvement: Share ideas to enhance the recruiting process and overall efficiency.
- Negotiation: Structure compensation agreements that attract and retain advisors while maintaining profitability.
- Onboarding: Ensure a smooth and successful onboarding experience for every new advisor.
