Position Highlights
We are looking to hire an Outbound Sales Representative to work out of our Marietta, GA office. In this role, you will be responsible for convincing the industry’s top advisors to join the Impact Partnership as our clients.
Responsibilities
Duties include but are not limited to:
- Source, contact and recruit financial advisors with the goal of adding new “all in” partners to the Impact family. This includes cold and warm prospecting, outbound calling & building relationships using video, text and social media platforms.
- Ask probing questions to determine business needs and serve as a consultant to prospects. Explain how Impact can meet business needs that their current marketing organization is not providing.
- Schedule and facilitate Impact EXP’s
- Invite prospects to recruiting events
- Assist in developing and implementing strategic plans for actualizing sales targets within the team’s book of business
- Share ideas to improve the recruiting process as a whole
- Negotiate compensation sharing with advisors to maximize opportunity to recruit & retain the advisor, remaining profitable.
- Manage each new writing advisors successful onboarding
