Outbound Sales Representative

Position Highlights

We are looking to hire an Outbound Sales Representative to work out of our Marietta, GA office. In this role, you will be responsible for convincing the industry’s top advisors to join the Impact Partnership as our clients.


Duties include but are not limited to:

  • Source, contact and recruit financial advisors with the goal of adding new “all in” partners to the Impact family. This includes cold and warm prospecting, outbound calling & building relationships using video, text and social media platforms.
  • Ask probing questions to determine business needs and serve as a consultant to prospects. Explain how Impact can meet business needs that their current marketing organization is not providing.
  • Schedule and facilitate Impact EXP’s
  • Invite prospects to recruiting events
  • Assist in developing and implementing strategic plans for actualizing sales targets within the team’s book of business
  • Share ideas to improve the recruiting process as a whole
  • Negotiate compensation sharing with advisors to maximize opportunity to recruit & retain the advisor, remaining profitable.
  • Manage each new writing advisors successful onboarding

    Stephen started in the insurance marketing business in 2001 as a new business consultant. In 2002 he was promoted to Director of Sales and built a 200 million book of business from scratch. By 2005, he was one of the top wholesalers in the country, working with some of the top financial advisors and insurance agents across the USA. In 2008, Stephen was promoted to Co-President of one of the largest IMOs in the country.

    In 2011, Stephen continued his entrepreneurship path and co-founded The Impact Partnership, an INC 5000 company. Stephen is responsible for the strategic vision of Impact and is laser-focused on creating a culture of growth for both internal teammates and our amazing customers.

    Stephen lives in Kennesaw, GA, with his wife of more than 20 years, Kendra. They are blessed with three beautiful children Katie, Tyler, Anna Brooke, and Laya, their German Shepherd and Luna, their BernieDoodle.
