  • Working with the marketing team to develop and implement search engine optimization (SEO) and digital marketing strategies that increase the company’s search engine results rankings, build brand awareness, and drive sales leads
  • Collaborating with and supporting the marketing team to align goals and develop holistic approaches to digital marketing strategies
  • Developing, launching, and optimizing various Google, Facebook and/or Linkedin Ad Campaigns
  • Partnering with the Marketing Copywriters to drive SEO in content creation and dynamic landing pages, consistently optimizing copy and campaigns for SEM
  • Researching SEO recommendations and keywords to use throughout content while performing ongoing keyword discovery, expansion, and optimization
  • Researching and analyzing competitor advertising links and content
  • Developing and implementing link building strategy and working with the web team to ensure SEO best practices are properly implemented on newly developed code
  • Working with the director to set and manage campaign budgets
  • Setting measurable goals and monitoring daily performance metrics to understand SEO and PPC strategy performance and implementing on-going A/B and user experience testing for ads, placements and landing pages
  • Tracking, reporting, and analyzing SEO and paid search campaign performance and compiling detailed reports with proactive insights in order to achieve maximum ROI
  • Overseeing accounts on search/social platforms (Google AdWords, Facebook Business Manager, SEMRush etc.) and maintaining partnerships with SEO and PPC ad platforms and vendors
  • Staying up to date with SEM, PPC, and SEO trends


  • Two years of experience in successfully developing and executing SEO, SEM, and PPC strategies and campaigns
  • Knowledge of keyword research and data mining tools
  • Solid knowledge of search engine algorithms and ranking strategies
  • Ability to complete competitive analysis of other companies within the industry
  • In-depth experience with website analytics tools, social ad platforms, and technologies, including but not limited to: Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Google AdWords, Facebook for Business, Linkedin Ads
  • Experience with bid management tools
  • Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments
  • Familiarity WordPress or other content management systems
  • Working knowledge of HTML and CSS
  • Exceptional communication & time management skills
  • Enthusiastic, flexible, and creative with problem solving with a high level of attention to detail
  • Excellent ability to collaborate with internal teams

Work Location

  • We pride ourselves on having a hybrid work culture that can become effective after 90 days of employment. Any exceptions made for flexibility or remote work status will be determined solely on a case- by-case basis.
  • Remote/hybrid schedules are subject to change and based on performance/ business needs.

    Chief Executive Officer

    Stephen started in the insurance marketing business in 2001 as a new business consultant. In 2002 he was promoted to Director of Sales and built a 200 million book of business from scratch. By 2005, he was one of the top wholesalers in the country, working with some of the top financial advisors and insurance agents across the USA. In 2008, Stephen was promoted to Co-President of one of the largest IMOs in the country.

    In 2011, Stephen continued his entrepreneurship path and co-founded The Impact Partnership, an INC 5000 company. Stephen is responsible for the strategic vision of Impact and is laser-focused on creating a culture of growth for both internal teammates and our amazing customers.

    Stephen lives in Kennesaw, GA, with his wife of more than 20 years, Kendra. They are blessed with three beautiful children Katie, Tyler, Anna Brooke, and Laya, their German Shepherd and Luna, their BernieDoodle.
