Every year, Digital Summit puts together a nationwide series of events to help industry professionals connect with and learn from one another. The Summit is two days full of workshops, networking events, and masterclasses designed to help those working in the digital marketing space hone their craft.
This year, Impact’s digital team had the privilege of attending the Atlanta Digital Summit (DSATL) on May 21 and 22, and boy, did we learn a lot! From email marketing and social media to SEO and SEM, we learned so much that we can’t wait to put to use to help you grow your practice.
On the first day of the conference, we had the option to attend one of four 4-hour long sessions to get a more in-depth look at the topic. In the email marketing session, we learned a lot about personalization and email design and best practices, which we are excited to implement into the drip campaigns we create and run for our advisors.
In the Facebook session, there was a lot of discussion on how to stand out in a highly saturated market. Facebook ads and content are two of the biggest pieces of the digital marketing puzzle for lots of advisors, so it’s imperative that we always stay on top of industry trends so we can help you get the best results possible.
We sat in on sessions about website design and website building, including SEO, or search engine optimization. We can use what we learned to help our advisors build beautiful, intuitive, and high-ranking websites that attract clients and show them that you’re the real deal – it’s all about helping you build credibility within your practice.
Over the past two months, our digital team has been working hard to expand the range of digital marketing options we offer to advisors, including Google Search and Display ads. The sessions we attended at DSATL gave us meaningful insight and strategies that we can now use to strengthen our content to help you see more leads and better results.
You can expect a lot of exciting updates to your digital strategy in the coming months. If you don’t yet utilize digital marketing in your practice, now is a great time to start; our world is becoming more digital-driven by the day, and a strong strategy is imperative to keeping up with your competition.
