POSITION HIGHLIGHTS
As a Jr. Case Design Analyst, you will play an active role in organizing, planning, and strategizing for our clients. You’ll support the Advanced Markets Team in administrative tasks, data entry, reporting, critical thinking, and solution-based strategies while maintaining accurate records. You’ll also learn effective strategies in the finance and insurance industry, assist the firm with various business development initiatives, and take on other general administrative duties.
PRINCIPLE DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Build & maintain client relationships through verbal & written conversation
- Support Advanced Markets Team in daily administrative tasks
- Learn effective strategies in the finance and insurance industry
- Conduct in-depth analysis of numerical data to discover efficient solutions for clients
- Assist the firm with various business development initiatives and other general administrative duties
QUALIFICATIONS
- BS or Masters Degree with an applicable field of study preferred
- Life & Health License required (can be obtained after hire)
- Solid critical thinking ability, detail-oriented capabilities, and willingness to work with numbers
- Passion for numerical problem solving
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Adaptability with technological software and online applications
- Positive Attitude, energy, and willingness to collaborate is a must!
