It’s Women’s History Month and we want to show how far the women of Impact have come because of the historical women before them. Let’s take a peek inside Impact and see how the women-dominated departments of our business continue to drive success.
Impact is a team of about 105 members and 38 of them are women. Inside Impact, we may not be a woman-dominated business but we do have some women-dominated departments. These vital departments play a huge role in the accomplishments of our advisors and our business. The success of these women have lead to the success of Impact.

Operations Department
The Operations department consists of our Life and Annuity Case Managers, Licensing Specialists, Case Processors, Directors of First Impressions, and works closely with the Compliance team. These teams run everything from submitting new business, transferring phone calls from advisors to teammates, ensuring all our advisors are licensed and paid, and even making sure our advisors are compliant. This is a staff of about 20 teammates – 16 of them are talented women, including a motivating woman leader. These teams are a driver of success for our advisors. Without these teams, our advisors wouldn’t be able to submit business, get paid, or create original materials.
Marketing Department
The Marketing department creates advisors’ branding, websites, effective marketing strategies, and everything in between. We have a team of about 21 individuals, consisting of marketing strategists, graphic designers, copy writers, and digital marketing strategists. Out of those 21 teammates, 14 of them are creative women. Again, showing that women have taken the charge in our marketing department and deliver the best marketing strategies to our advisors.

Events Department
The Events department runs the show for Impact’s exclusive events. Kickoff, Game Changer, Practice Builder, incentive trips are just a few. We wouldn’t be able to celebrate our advisors or our team without this amazing team and it consists of two powerhouse women. Their previous experiences and paths have lead them to Impact, and we are so thankful their success brought them to us. We wouldn’t be able to pull off an event without a speed bump if it wasn’t for these women.

Some of our departments may not be dominated by women, but that doesn’t mean we don’t have inspiring and groundbreaking women in other departments.
Media Department
Our Media department is our award-winning radio and television team. This is the team that makes our advisors look and sound like financial celebrities in their local areas. The coaching, cohosting, and creative execution that these women offer puts them in their own spotlight.

Sales Department
The Sales department consists of about 20 men and ONE woman. That speaks volumes to how competitive this area of the financial industry can be. This saleswoman offers a woman’s perspective that some salesmen can’t offer.
